Control - Flight - AssemblyOverview:
For the prototype, the Assembly, up to the Spider assembly, ie. the fuselage portion, will be the same as
SynchroLite ~ Control - Flight - Assembly. Note ~ Some of the linkage dimensions may change, from the SynchroLite, to get the correct ratios.![]()
Mockup Picture:

The picture is of the pitch arms and torque tubes. The a) spider mechanism or b) swashplate and connecting rods are not included.
Between the stub shaft on the pitch arm (brown ) and the torque tube (white) is the spline, which accepts the axial motion on the torque tube due to blade flapping. If delta3 is incorporated, the spline will have a slight twist, thereby having flap pull out some of the pitch. |
