OTHER: CNC Work Station - Generator - Routing (Access to G-code) - Program Coding

Should this actually be considered as a program to cut a specific shape, such as a #D item but where all the cut lines are straight? Examples would be blade male mould and cores. - Airfoil Profile

Overview:

Should this actually be considered a Special Tool,

just as the female mold will be considered?

I.e. MAKE: Special Tool - Rotor - Blade - Final Male Mold

Prolog:

Process:

  1. Get (extended) root profile coordinates.
  2. Expand coordinates to actual size, and save.
  3. Get (extended) tip profile coordinates.
  4. Expand coordinates to actual size, and save.
  5. Select the total number of spanwise cuts.
  6. Calculate the root coordinate for each cut, and save.
  7. Calculate the tip coordinate for each cut, and save.
  8. Calculate the tool offset for the root coordinate for each cut, add it to the profile coordinate, and save.
  9. Calculate the tool offset for the tip coordinate for each cut, add it to the profile coordinate, and save.
  10. Enter the elevation of the top of the material being worked on.
  11. Select the decreased in the elevation of each successive layer of cuts.
  12. Have the program calculate which cuts in each layer will not go below the elevation of the top of the material and then eliminate thoes lines from the program.
