From http://www.homecnc.info/woodmill.htm I decided to use the Roto-zip motor as the cutting motor. It had more power than the Dremel and was able to hold 1/8" and 1/4" tools.

Vacuum:
- Perhaps the vacuum board should be the half female of the part (core, etc., etc) being machined. When machining the first side the base will be flat. The half-machined part could be used as the template to lay-up the half-female holder over.
Unistrut:
Us plain steel (or galvanized) 1-5/8" by 2-7/16" Unistrut. 1 only 20'-0" length will make 3 only 2031 mm lengths, which are just or just not ideal. Two lengths per rail and therefore one length will do for the initial table.

Table Plate:
Consider just using an aluminum plate and drilling holes for clamp for specific items at specific locations. Plate might be pre-drilled at 6" centers to start.
Vacuum:
For chip removal.
- Consider a used conventional vacuum cleaner with approximatly seven feet of flexible hose.
