Tail:

Both of the horizontal stabilizers, the vertical stabilizer will probably rotate with the rear PropRotor/motor assemblies, about a lateral axis.

Consider a V-tail.

Horizontal Stabilizer: Consider having a horizontal stabilizer rotate (tilt) with the rear PropRotor. The chord of the HS could be related to the elevation or a tail dragger's tail wheel so that in the hover configuration the HS becomes the bracing for the single wheel, or skid.

Nose Cone: Consider having the propeller's nose cone shaped as a concave tube so that when the craft is in the cruse configuration this 'nose cone' fairs the fuselage to the propeller's hub. Inside this nose cone would be the seating or latching device that takes much of the gyroscopic moments resulting fry changes in flight atitude.

Horizontal Stabilizer:

Should the horizontal stabilizer have a small negative pitch.
Should it be an inverted asymmetrical airfoil?
For simplicity, perhaps the HS should tip with the rear PropRotor and then have it's pitch change be a rotation (deviation) from that of the Proprotor.
The edge of the streamtube from the forward PropRotor is contacting the HS when the tip of the PropRotors is -70º from the vertical hover position.

2x4

The spar that supports the rear PropRotors should probably be 'clad' in an aerodynamic airfoil and this airfoil should rotate wit the thrust vector. It might also incorporate elevators.
