DESIGN: AeroVantage ~ PropRotor - Hub - 2x4 Layout

Notes:

Hub is basing on scaled-down (up?) and reworked SynchroLite ~ Rotor - Hub - 3-blade - CVJ & HS

This hub only has collective control. . However, the control is set by both the inclination of the PropRotor and by the pilot.

Description of Operation:

This provides collective pitch control only. It is therefore only viable for the 2x4 PropRotor.

The position of the transition mechanism determines the azimuth of the inner spider gear.

The azimuth of the arm in the mast (hollow shaft motor) sets the outer ring holding the two spider gears.

The outer spider gear sets the pitch of the blade.
