DESIGN: Electrotor-Simplex ~ Rotor - Hub - Overview of In-Mast Rods

• This page is just to record the idea.
• Consider locating a fixed azimuth at approximately 235º azimuth to assure that the blades cannot hit the spars or pilot.
• Mini 500:
• The center to center distance between the rods in the mast and the center of the mast (ie. arm length) would appear, to me, to be too short.

• Enstrom; From AM on Rotary Wing Forum; ...the Enstrom uses control linkages internal to the mast for almost 45 years now. I have never seen the drawings but suspect it would be similar to Cicare/Fetters/Kaman controls.
