Consider locating a fixed azimuth at approximately 235º azimuth to assure that the blades cannot hit the spars or pilot.

The collective hinge arm is conflicting with the rotor bearing and must be lowered or replaced with a Bowden extending down the centerline of the hub.

Cyclic control is by conventional gyrocopter offset gimbaled rotorhead.

Collective control is by Bowden cable up to diagonal crossbar. The crossbar is attached to opposing corners of the hub-bar. The hub-bar resists inplane and out-of-plane bending, but is torsionally soft about the pitch axis of the blades.
