MAKE: SynchroLite ~ Rotor - Hub - 3-blade - CVJ & HS - Final Assembly

Sequence of Assembly: To make sure that the rotor can be assembled.

• Bisector Assembly []. Will be moved to separate Item page and/or drawing.

1. Attach Bisector Brackets [1382 ???] to Bisector Skirt [1382]

1. Swashplate etc. must already be located on the mast and the mast might be already in the transmission.
2. Slide the Insert [1407] into the Mast [].
3. Slide the HS Ring [1400] onto Mast [], beyond its final localion.
4. Place the Inner Hub Spring [1384] on the Mast [].
5. Place the Bisector Skirt [1382] on the Mast [].
6. Place the Outer Hub Spring [1384] on the Mast [].
7. Place the Retainer [1405] on the Mast []..
8. Install the two bearings [1395] into the bores in the X-inner [1381].
9. Install the two Journals [1394] into the above two bearings [1395].
10. Install the X-inner [1381] onto the Mast [], using the Shims [], Washers [], Bolt [], Nut [], and Cotter Pin [].
11. Install the two bearings [1395] onto the lugs on the X-inner [1381].
12. Fit the X-outer [1380] over X-inner [1381],
13. Insert the two Bisector bearings (sans flange ?) onto the X-inner [1381], Reduce their diameter ??
14. Install the X-outer [1380] onto X-inner [1381], using the Shims [], Washers [1], Bolt [], Nut [], and Cotter Pin [].
15. Install the Crown Assembly [1420] onto the X-outer [1380], using the Shims [], Washers [], special Bolts [],.
16. Draw the Hub Spring parts up into the Crown Assembly [1420], with temporary clamp.
17. Bolt together the Insert [1407], the Mast and the Ring [1400], using the Bolt [].
18. Bolt the Bisector Cap [1382 ???] to the Bisector Weldment [], using Bolts [].
19. Attach the Retainer [1405] to the Crown assembly [1420], using Bolts [].
20. Remove the temporary clamp.
