If the connections at the cyclic stick have the same relationship as the connections at the pitchboss stick (example ~ using Bowden cables) the pilots inputs should translate exactly at the rotor.
The ellipse is the extreme position of the center of the pitchboss stick.

A thought:
If the 65º in the above drawing was decreased slightly and the 25º maintained this will apply opposed lateral cyclic when the control stick is advanced longitudinally. Note that this opposed longitudinal cyclic is associated with stick position and not forward velocity.
