The cloth in the above drawing is carbon not fiberglass. It will cost more and will be more brittle. Consider using glass, but the cloth may have to be 50" or 60" wide, which will change the direction of the strands.
Alternatively; Consider the S2 glass 45º, 6' wide, tape on the lower right corner of Spruce catalog page 45.
Weight:
((4.75" x 2) + 0.5) x 78" = 780 in2 = 5.42 ft2 per ply.
Add weight of the epoxy; which will probably be the same as the glass.
Currently, with the carbon cloth, about 1 lb per blade.
