Drawing:
The drawing below has been modified.

Notes:
Consider having pitch horn horizontal when collective is in hover. This will;
Have the linkages in their mean position during most of flight time.
The pitch horn/link connection will not have to be so high and therefore there will be more clearance for the other rotor's blade. Ref. Rotor - Disk - Blade to Hub Clearance
Consider eliminating the uniball.

May have to take 'V" angle from 18º to 20º and/ or spread rotors from 27" to 29" to have 2.5" thick blade at r ≈ 27" If the above does not work. Note also that the blades are not 2.5" thick at this radius.

Notes on Swash-ring:
For the cam follower have a Torrington MDW4K2 (page Control bearing/31) press fit into a Torrington Radial Bearing Type 6SF10 (page Roller bearing/110) or next size bigger. Consider whether it would be better to use the Torrington Radial Bearing with or without the outer ring.
Can this bearing handle 600 RRPM * 10 * (22/7) / (22/7) = 6,000 RPM? The page for this bearing say "not to be used as track roller, cam follower and the like." This bearing is a 'retainer type' not a 'full type' and there for page Control bearings/4 say that it need not be limited to oscillating loads.The arm from the blade should go to both sides of this bearing because of the small axle and side loading.
