 The helicopter could probably be designed so that any 4 cylinder, horizontally opposed engine will fit. Not totally true. The Lycoming O-235 is 32" wide (10" wider than the Rotax 912) and 22.4" high.

 Notes:

Engine's RPM is 2800.

Dry weight is 218 lbs
