Rotor - Hub - 2-blade Teetering - Yoke![]()
Drawing:

Notes:
Consider making out of titanium and not aluminum. One reason being that the elevation over the teetering pin can be lower (stronger material); for blade - hub clearance. University of Maryland's proposed Chesapeake is titanium.
Give a shallow 20 degree off horizontal 'roof' to upper surface to reduce chance of damage if there were to be a blade strike.
"Your rotor head yoke is one piece I presume, and is not he easiest to machine but is possible" ~ D.K.
